While I’ve been busy reading and writing about the Firefly continuation from Darkhorse (coming soon), I’ve turned a blind eye to the return of that most dominating cultural presence of the 1990s. Do you remember watching Saved by the Bell, in syndication, for the entire decade? Do you? Though the original show only lasted four seasons (before the abomination known as College Years), SBTB was syndicated relentlessly. It was on for two consecutive hours, every day, right after school, forever. And, we didn’t know we wanted it, but here it is.
