Masters of the Universe is an adaptation of the popular He-Man cartoon series—or was it adapted from the Mattel toy line, which itself was basically a rip-off of Star Wars crossed with Conan the Barbarian? Either way, it’s a very very very bad movie that is occasionally entertaining thanks to Frank Langella’s Shakespearean Skeletor, Dolph Lundgren’s comically bad line delivery, and a little dude named Gwildor.
